Because we want to save the world by recycling your pledge. We took the traditional crowdfunding model and made three improvements:
1. Pledges are Paid Forward If a project you support becomes uber-successful, the net proceeds from your pledge will be re-donated to the charity of your choice.
2. Projects get Marketing Partners If you create a project, you'll enjoy the PR and marketing muscle of five charities spreading the word about your campaign.
3. We allow for Gap Financing Larger projects that miss their funding goal have another 15 days to secure a loan or equity investment to finance the difference.
